Milk and cookies are probably one of the longest-running festive traditions, and any Christmas without them wouldn’t be the same.
We experimented with a couple of recipes to make the perfect spiced cookie. This cookie, in unison with our 45% Milk of Madagascar chocolate, is a match made in heaven. This bar warms your heart in just the right kind of way.
Ingredients:
Milk chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, Icelandic whole milk powder, cocoa beans from Madagascar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), Oat cookies (wheat flour, margarine (vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), water, salt, acid (E330), emulsifier (E471), antioxidants (E306, E304), flavoring, color (E160a)), sugar, oats, eggs, almond flour, whey powder (milk), butter (milk), orange peel, anise seeds, raising agent (E500), cinnamon, clove, salt, cayenne pepper, ginger, dextrose, flour treatment agent (E300)).
Contains a minimum of 42% cocoa solids.
