The Panda is our latest ice cream creation. The idea for this ice cream was born when we were working on our latest chocolate bar, Cookies + Cream. Well, we actually created the ice cream first and then decided we should make a chocolate bar.

We wanted to make our very own version of that famous American cookie, you know the one. We decided to use our dark Tanzania chocolate to recreate our version of the cookie. We then created the white chocolate from scratch and used it to make the white chocolate sauce infused with vanilla.

So “The Panda” was born, a simple ice cream creation exploding with creamy, rich and delicious flavors. Everybody loves pandas, right.
